Strawberry Wine and Banana Nut Bread
1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2-3 over ripe bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup butter
3 Tablespoons
2 large eggs
¼ cup chopped nuts (I prefer
walnuts)
In a large
bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the
bananas, butter and Mount Bethel Strawberry Wine. Beat with an electric mixer on low. Once it has been mixed together turn the speed
up to high for 2 minutes. Add eggs and
stir in the nuts.
Pour batter into a loaf pan
and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
