Jezebel Sauce

 

This sauce can be served over cream cheese with crackers or as a condiment with pork, ham or roast beef:

 

It is really very simply:

 

1 18 oz. jar pineapple preserves (use Orange Marmalade if you can’t find this)

1 18 oz. jar apple jelly (or use peach preserves)

1 sm. can Coleman's dry mustard (yep, the whole can!)

1 sm. jar horseradish (not sauce... just shredded horseradish)

1 Tablespoon cracked pepper

 

Combine all ingredients, blend well.  Put in jelly jars and refrigerate.  This will keep indefinitely and everyone will want some to take home!!!
