Due to inconsistent shipping laws, we may not be able to ship to you and/or your state.  When placing an order we will call you to verify your age and location.  All wines are sold and taxed in the State of Arkansas. The buyer is solely responsible for all shipments, but by placing an order you are authorizing Mount Bethel to engage a common carrier on behalf of the buyer to deliver the wine ordered by the buyer from Mount Bethel Vineyards & Winery.

By placing an order with Mount Bethel Winery, the buyer is stating that he/she is at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery is to be made is also at least 21 years old. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 21 years.  Upon delivery, the person accepting the wine may be required to show identification verifying age. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
